The redevelopment of the Port Harcourt Tourist Beach — Landmark's entry into Rivers State and its third major Nigerian city in two years.
The Port Harcourt Tourist Beach — an artificial white-sand beach created in 1988 on Kolabi Creek, east of the Old Township — is being redeveloped by Landmark with the approval of the Rivers State Government.
The project runs in three phases: curation and site preparation; shoreline and waterworks, including water cleaning and dredging; then construction and operations. The finished Landmark Port Harcourt Leisure Resort will bring premium amenities, family attractions and lifestyle offerings to the Garden City, scheduled to open in Q4 2026.
