Landmark Group began in 1997 with luxury office space in Mayfair, London, and expanded across the UK, Germany, Spain, Belgium, France and the United States before coming home to Lagos in 2003 — and on to Accra, Johannesburg and Nairobi by 2006.
Today it is a lifestyle, hospitality and leisure group headquartered at Landmark Lagos in Victoria Island, with destinations in Lagos, Enugu, Owerri and Port Harcourt. The group has raised more than $100 million, carries a PwC-endorsed book valuation above $300 million, and plans to enter 12 more Nigerian states over the next decade — Enugu, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Delta, Plateau, Ogun, Cross River and the FCT among them — with Ghana, The Gambia, Liberia and Sierra Leone next on the West African map.
