A lakeside resort on 150 hectares in Enugu, revived under a 35-year partnership with the Enugu State Government.
Built from 1987 by the former Anambra State government, Nike Lake Resort was one of the South-East's best-loved destinations. In January 2025 Landmark signed a 35-year lease with the Enugu State Government and committed an initial ₦10 billion to revitalise it, taking over operations on 1 March 2025.
Fifteen minutes from Akanu Ibiam International Airport and ten from the city centre, the resort now offers more than 200 rooms, suites and eight villas overlooking the gardens or the lake, an Olympic-size pool, a wellness spa, speedboat cruises, quad biking, padel and live entertainment — and the first Upside-Down House in South-East Nigeria.
For events, the Udulekenyi Hall, Lakeside View and Villa Garden each host 500–1,000 guests, with a 300–500 guest Convention Hall alongside.
In Paul's words: “Our goal is to make Nike Lake Resort a true destination platform.”
