Completed in 2015, Landmark Towers is a 10-floor, 8,000 sqm Grade-A development with views across the city and the Atlantic. Six floors of Grade-A offices — with PwC as anchor tenant — sit above a high-ceilinged retail floor with terraces.
The tower also houses a 22-room boutique hotel and extended-stay apartments, a business lounge and meeting rooms, and a leisure centre with a pool, gym, squash court, spa and sports bar. Its completion coincided with the launch of Landmark Corporate Solutions services across Africa.
