The open-air boulevard at the heart of Landmark Village — shops, restaurants, a cinema and the first Hard Rock Cafe in West Africa.
Landmark Village is a 38,000 sqm mixed-use site on the Atlantic waterfront in Victoria Island, master-planned with ANA Design Studio to rival destinations like the V&A Waterfront, Rosebank and Canary Wharf.
At its centre is the Retail Boulevard: a three-storey linear strip of open shopfronts, a covered retail passage, shaded seating and pop-up shops, with a supermarket and cinema on the lower floors and offices above. Pedestrian routes run from the entrance to the ocean, with family entertainment and dining anchoring either end.
The Boulevard is home to Hard Rock Cafe Lagos — the first in West Africa — and the oriental-themed Shiro, both opened in 2016, alongside cafés, wellness and retail brands. It was built in phases so the Event Centre and restaurants stayed open throughout, and draws up to 55,000 visitors a week.
